Due to the perishable and freshly prepared nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

A refund or replacement will only be considered if:

The product received is damaged, or
You have received the wrong product.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
